Demi Moore has officially announced her divorce from Ashton Kutcher.
Demi Moore said the decision was made with great sadness and heavy hearts.
"As a woman, a mother and a wife, there is some value and promise that I hold dear and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life," said Demi Moore
"This is a trial for me and my family and I will ask for sympathy and privacy of you as if other people are in a similar situation," Moore added.
Her confession was followed by a series of allegations that her husband, Kutcher, 33, had an affair from her.
Ashton Kutcher allegedly had an affair with Sara Leal, 23, in celebration of her wedding party in September 2011.
